Formula Grappling Contract Template

Here is the guide for filling out the contract.


General Stats

Wrestler's Name (The name of your wrestler that you would like to be referred to as. This should also be the thread title.)

Wrestler's Nicknames (If they have nicknames you should put so here.)

Wrestler's Picbase (The name of your character's real life visual stand in here. It must be a real person. No 3d models or animated characters.)

Wrestler's Gender (Self explanatory)

Wrestler's Age & Date of Birth (Their age and date of birth will be filled in here.)

Wrestler's Height (Height in feet and inches)

Wrestler's Weight (Weight in pounds)

Wrestler's Hometown (Hometown here. Fictional hometowns are allowed.)



Personal Stats

Wrestler's Alignment (Face, Heel or Tweener only)

Wrestler's Gimmick (A brief explanation of their gimmick and/or personality here)

Wrestler's Background (A look into their background and what brought them here will suffice)

Wrestler's Theme Song (Choose their theme song and post it here. Check the claim list to make sure the song you choose isn't already taken)

Wrestler's Entrance Description (We need their entrance in third person. For instance instead of "I climb up on the apron" we need "He/She climbs up on the apron." We need the entrance description ready to be copied and pasted into the show. If you have a special PPV entrance, post it below your normal entrance.

Miscellaneous Info (Anything else you think we should known goes here)



Ring Profile Stats

Wrestler Type (Technical, Brawler, Powerhouse, Extreme, Aerial Specialist, or a hybrid of two styles is welcomed)

Tendency to climb turnbuckle (How often does your character leap off of the top rope? Erase the options that do not fit your character)

Tendency to use springboard moves (How often does your character perform springboard moves using the ropes? Erase the options that do not fit your character)

Tendency to cheat (How willing is your character to cheat? Erase the options that do not fit your character)

Favorite Weapon (List your character's favorite weapon here)



Wrestling Stats

Standing Moves (10 minimum. 15 maximum. List your regular standing moves here. Make sure they're all numbered)

Ground Moves (Exactly 5. List your regular ground moves here. Make sure they're all numbered)

Running Moves (Exactly 3. List your regular running moves here. Make sure they're all numbered)

Submission Moves (5 minimum. 10 maximum. List your regular submission moves here. Make sure they're all numbered)

Turnbuckle Moves (Exactly 5 moves involving the turnbuckle here. Make sure they're all numbered)

Diving Moves (Exactly 4. List your diving moves here. Make sure they're all numbered)

Springboard Moves (Optional. 5 maximum. List your Springboard moves here. Make sure they're all numbered)

Signature Moves (1 minimum. 2 maximum. List your Signature moves here)

Finisher Moves (1 minimum. 2 maximum. List your Finishers here.)



If you have a manager, follow the same outline for them.
