Wrestler's Background
Leo Castle grew up in the wrestling business, his father and 2 of his aunts having been well-known and successful wrestlers themselves. Having been trained since the age of 15, he originally had no intention of following his father's footsteps. However, the passion for the industry within him kept calling, he had no reason to heed. However, having grown up around family who had been fans of the "true wrestling" of the 70's, 80's and early 90's, the drop in quality and the abandonment of the core tropes of the industry in today's time disturbed him greatly and this frustration came to its peak while he was in his sophomore year of college. Having dropped out during the beginning of his junior year, he went to go complete more advanced training and wrestle in Japan. With the conception of Formula Grappling Wrestling, Leo seeks to bring back the ways of in-ring psychology and technical wrestling, foundations that would be considered "archaic" in today's industry, for the good of the future of the business.
Wrestler's Theme Song
Slipknot- Slipknot
Wrestler's Entrance Description
The lights dim gradually as Leo's theme music begins to play. A white light then begins to flash over the ring as the guitar parts begin and Leo steps out onto the entrance stage, with his head down. He continues to maintain that position until 2:11 into his theme as the guitars get more aggressive and 2:25 minutes into his theme he raises his head and proceeds to ringside, as he does so, more white lights begin to continuously flash throughout the arena. He pauses at the ring, staring into it darkly. He then walks onto the steps, makes his way up to the apron and climbs over the ropes to enter the ring. He removes his bomber jacket and wife-beater and tosses them into the crowd. He then climbs up onto a turnbuckle, staring into the crowd and then gets down, looks at the crowd once again and points at himself as if to assure them that his objective will be completed. He then backs into a corner before the match starts, leaning on the turnbuckles, arms crossed, one foot on the bottom rope, his dark stare remaining.
